Please be respectful of the neighbors. **** Guest Limit Policy: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property. This policy is strictly enforced for insurance purposes. Any additional overnight guests beyond the registered number are prohibited and will incur a penalty of $200 per person, per night. **** Reservation Policy: The Airbnb account holder who made the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
