There is a $1,000 fine if discovered. 3. There's no daily housekeeping. For long-term stays (over 30 days), deep cleaning can be requested for $300 per cleaning. This process takes 2-3 hours, similar to checkout. 4. You will be charged twice the current price for any missing or damaged items (including, but not limited to stained towels/sheets), as well as $200 USD for each lost, missing, or damaged remote. 5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Children are considered guests that must be stated in the reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night. 6. Pets are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $1000 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied. 7. We do NOT allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail. 8. The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees. 9. Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home. 10. Late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance. 11. There are 4 security cameras: 1 at the Front Door, 1 at the backyard and another 2 at sides of home. Blocking or disconnecting any of these devices will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. 12. The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or any law violations. No BLOCKING OF DRIVEWAY PARKING or use of unassigned parking anywhere. $500 penalty fee will be imposed as a violation or car will be towed. 13.
