Quiet hours is 9pm-8am .Violation may lead to immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum fine of $2,000.00 will be imposed if evidence is detected. 🅿️Driveway parking for 1 car. Please do not block neighbors driveway. Violation will result in $500 fine Noise & Parties 🔇 No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM. A neighbor complaint will result in cancellation without a refund. ✔The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: Filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees. ✔Safety & Energy Conservation ⚡ Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged before leaving. 🔥 Turn off the stove, & oven when not in use. 🌡️ Do not set the heater/cooling below 68°F and above 80°F. General House Rules 👞 No shoes inside the property. 🚭 No smoking of any kind. A $3,000 fee applies if evidence is found. 📦 No mail/packages delivered to the property. Use a nearby pickup service. 📺 Do not unplug electronics (TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.). 🛋️ No moving or rearranging furniture. When in doubt please ask 🔒 Any locked closet/ cabinet doors are locked for privacy purposes.
